Online Reiki Session
Reiki promotes healing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Through light touch or the hovering of the hands when in person, I will channel this universal energy from Spirit to help you improve focus, lower stress/anxiety, feel more relaxed and work on aligning your Chakras(energy centers) to help improve overall quality of your body, mind and spirit. A virtual session can also help you with just as much benefit.
